Following a neck injury that curtailed a successful gynecological career of 27 years, our Medical Director, Dr. Meena Nerurkar extended her healing and wellness expertise towards a new direction. While practicing allopathic medicine, Dr. Nerurkar used to see many patients with chronic medical disorders on several medications causing harmful side effects. Due to her upbringing in India, she knew that there were many alternate remedies to help such patients.

Her unforeseen retirement from the conventional medicine gave her a chance to combine eastern wisdom with the western science in her wellness and Ayurveda treatment center.

At Renuv in Bensalem, PA, patients are introduced to the wonderful world of alternative medicines and therapies. All of the spa treatments at the facility are geared towards avoiding harsh chemicals and aiding body’s own natural defense mechanisms to heal itself.
